We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Goldsmartersmax. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund of your payment within 7 days of your order. We will refund the full order amount to the original payment method.

The following are the conditions for refunds:

• Refunds are only available within the first 7 days following your order. If you have not requested a refund within this time period, we are unable to process your request.
• Once you have gained access to the source files of the logo, a refund can no longer be issued. If you download the source files, you have gained access to the files of the logo, and the option of a refund is no longer available.

We appreciate your feedback, but we do not require a reason for your refund request.
